2021年6月28日 · In this work, we constructed ultra-thin La 0.67 Ca 0.33 MnO 3 (LCMO) and SrRuO 3 (SRO) layers into superlattices, which exhibited a robust ferromagnetic phase. The high Curie temperature (TC) reaches 291 K, more than 30 K higher than that of bulk LCMO.

Magnetization measurements of SrRuO 3 and CaRuO 3 confirm that SrRuO 3 is ferromagnetic with T C = (160±5) °K and that CaRuO 3 has antiferromagnetic exchange interactions dominant. They further identify in CaRuO 3 a Néel temperature T N = (110±10) °K and parasitic ferromagnetism below T N having a σ 0 = (3.2±0.4) × 10 −2 emu/g at 4.2°K.
