These results provide guidelines to design SrRuO3-based heterostructures for device applications.

2021年6月28日 · In this work, we constructed ultra-thin La 0.67 Ca 0.33 MnO 3 (LCMO) and SrRuO 3 (SRO) layers into superlattices, which exhibited a robust ferromagnetic phase. The high Curie temperature (TC) reaches 291 K, more than 30 K higher than that of bulk LCMO.
