SRX380 vs SRX1500 : r/Juniper - Reddit
2020年9月23日 · The SRX380 was targeted to land between the SRX345 and SRX1500. There was a pretty big price/performance gap between the two, and so the SRX380 was brought to market. As others have pointed out, you likely will not get 5Gbps if you start using some of the L7 firewalling features.

Newbie - SRX380 bringup : r/Juniper - Reddit
2023年9月20日 · We went with an SRX380, that's connected to a 5G interface fiber WAN, with a couple of EX2300 switches and AP34 APs managed in Mist. Right now I'm trying to get the SRX380 up and running. The fiber is fed via a RAD-2i with a handful of fixed IPs. We've got that as well as gateway and DNS server IPs from the ISP.
Any SRX380 details? : r/Juniper - Reddit
The SRX380 is definitely *not* a recycled SRX345 - it has a substantially more capable processor with higher core count. Architecturally, it's a branch SRX rather than a mid-range device like the SRX1500 - it's Cavium-based and equipped with an integrated switch and POE+. Like the other branch devices, it's perfect for a single-box branch design.
Sending SRX380 to Splunk : r/Juniper - Reddit
2021年10月20日 · Sending SRX380 to Splunk I have a friend that called me this morning to ask how he could send his SRX logs to Splunk, as he is using Splunk's onprem trial. He called me because I have some experience with Splunk, so I helped him configure a UDP receiver on port 1514 on the Splunk side.

2022年7月18日 · SRX380 with gigabit SFP I'm trying to setup a gigabit SFP in my SRX380. On other 10gb devices I have to change the port from " xe-0/0/18 " to " ge-0/0/18 ", but when I try and do this on the SRX380 it says the port doesn't exist.
SRX345 vs 380 : r/Juniper - Reddit
2020年10月13日 · The SRX380's are significantly more powerful than the SRX345 (at least 4x across the board). They are closer to the SRX1500 and actually surpass that box in general throughput (basic firewalling, NAT, AppSecure). The SRX1500 beats it out in areas that require more compute such as IDP and IPsec (significant difference in VPN throughput).

Direct Junos upgrade on SRX345 18.1 -> 21.4 : r/Juniper - Reddit
2023年11月17日 · I had problems with an SRX300 and an SRX345 (there seems to be very little difference between the architecture of all the SRX3xx below SRX380), where I could not perform upgrades within Junos, and I couldn't TFTP/USB install directly to a new release. It seems it was due to some sort of issue with the older BIOS versions.
srx380 with 21.4R1.12 port with ethernet-switching and native
2023年6月13日 · I have had this same problem. I found that I could not have the VLAN that I wanted to be untagged also in the members list, so take VLAN 666 out of the list and it should work - although I note below that you tried this and it didn't seem to work, but it definitely did for me in that the only way a native VLAN would work is if it was not in the VLAN members list (This is the opposite from a ...
