Chizome Akaguro (赤 あか 黒 ぐろ 血 ち 染 ぞめ Akaguro Chizome?), also known as Hero Killer: Stain (ヒーロー 殺 ごろ しステイン Hīrō Goroshi Sutein?), and formerly Stendhal (スタンダール Sutandāru?), was a villain and former vigilante that was notorious for having killed many Pro Heroes. He is the main antagonist in the titular Vs. Hero Killer Arc.

Stain is an infamous ex-vigilante and villain. He is most notably known for killing many pro-heroes (hence the name Hero Killer) in order to make the world more just, at least in his eyes. As a teen, Stain was inspired by All Might to become a great hero.

Chizome became a vigilante by the name of "Stendhal" and began hunting villains to make up for the heroes' mistakes, declaring his existence to sever the gap between good and evil, and doesn't desire his Stendhal persona to mix with his ideology of Heroes.

Chizome Akaguro, better known as the Hero Killer: Stain and formerly Stendhal, is a major antagonist in the My Hero Academia franchise. He is a delusional serial killer who murders several heroes who do not live up to his ideals. He is also a friendly rival of All Might, whom Stain sees as a "true hero" and the arch-enemy of Tenya Ida.
