Both have beautiful endings that hit me deeply and and in a very personal way. Steven Universe gets there sooner bc the show is shorter so if length is a factor then start with SU.

Where regular show is an all ages show in a sense that every episode can appeal to all audiences, adventure time is a show where some episodes are blatantly NOT aimed at my demographic.
