Can someone explain the Stoich AFR table to me - HP Tuners …
2010年1月24日 · All the gas in my area "may contain up to 10% ethanol" so I've set my Stoich AFR at the "0" cell to 14.13. I'm wondering if/how the computer can detect what value on the table it needs to calculate from. I understand how the values tie into PE, but can the ECM detect what % or alcohol is in the fuel?
Stoich AFR - HP Tuners Bulletin Board
2009年12月18日 · Keep in mind, stoich will be at switching voltage on the O2 sensors no matter what the fuel composition and resulting AFR is. Meaning, if 10% alcohol fuel has stoich at 14.3 AFR, then the trims will eventually adjust themselves to produce this if the stoich value is left at 14.7, only WOT AFR will still be 14.7/PE.
Stoich AFR Question - HP Tuners Bulletin Board
2016年1月15日 · The stoich value is used for base fuel calculations. I.e. airflow / stoich AFR = fuel needed. O2 sensors / fuel trims adjust from there so that it goes just above and just under stoich to make the NB O2's cycle (obviously this applies to closed loop only--changing stoich AFR will affect PE fueling since obviously fuel trims don't work there)
Stoich AFR numbers - HP Tuners Bulletin Board
2018年12月17日 · AFR is simply a calculation. the stoich value for a specific fuel multiplied by the lambda value. tuning in lambda will mean you never get confused or misguided.
Stoich AFR? - HP Tuners Bulletin Board
2014年2月15日 · Are you guys changing the stoich afr to 14.7 under the fueling tab or leaving it 14.108? Just curious to see what everyone is doing with these.
Stoichiometric Setting for E10 Ethanol/Gasohol
2012年8月24日 · Stoichiometric for E10 is around 14.1, I use 14.13. Just go in and set the Stoichiometric table to 14.1x and as long as your VE and or MAF tables are dialed in right, ALL the injector data is correct and your commanded afr (lambda) matches your actual afr (lambda) through out then you should be set.
Lambda/Afr/Eq Ratio Chart - HP Tuners Bulletin Board
2015年7月17日 · Forget AFR all together... the only time you need AFR is when you are setting what fuel type you have for it's stoich ratio. After that Lambda or EQ is easiest to use and universal. Lambda and EQ are the same only the inverse of one another. 1/Lambda = EQ and 1/EQ = Lambda.

Stoich AFR, adding flex fuel - HP Tuners Bulletin Board
2024年5月11日 · Built LS3 has already been tuned on 93oct, which I will be adding a flex fuel sensor. I only want to change the flex tables without re-tuning VE and MAF. Since it was tuned on 93oct (E10), the ECU targets 14.7, but in reality its closer to 14.1. If I want to keep the same airflow should I set the Stoich AFR at 14.1 for E0 scaling from here? Otherwise ECU will add slightly more fuel than needed ...
PE equivalence ratio values to AFR? Do I use the Stoich value thats …
2017年1月9日 · The Stoich value should be set to the fuel you are using. Most of the country runs E10 so the Stoich would be like the 14.08 you have set in the Editor. On Flex fuel setups, the Stoich table is set so the PCM can pick up the stoich value for …
