Stone Creek campground has 50 single-family campsites (5 with electric hookups) and is the largest campground at Mount San Jacinto State Park. The campsites can accommodate tents, trailers and RVs. Each campsite also has a table, fire ring and grate.

The Stone Creek Campground is located about 5 miles north of Idyllwild on Highway 243. Although it offers electric campsites (no full hook-ups), it is a little more primitive as it only has vault toilets and no shower facilities.
