2021年6月29日 · Despite some technical improvements, in my opinion Styx 1 was way better than Styx 2, overall and especially gameplay-wise. My theory is that some people cried about Styx 1 being too hard and devs decided to "ubisoften" the game (i.e. make it darn too easy and add redundant features to emulate choice) and almost ruined it in the process.

2022年2月22日 · I played Styx 2 first, then went and played Styx 1. Loved them both, but 2 is easier to get into because of the gameplay improvements. Styx 1 has the best story, though.

2024年5月2日 · Combat system was better, for the rare moments I used it. Missions are long, but are interesting all the way through. I would say the second game is a huge upgrade over the first, but I absolutely love the first game.

2020年8月25日 · To be honest the stories of both games are pretty self contained, but I will say the first game without a doubt has a better Styx. I can’t stand how in Styx 2 all he does is spout pop culture lines and talks like deadpool everytime he dies. Styx 1 has him acting way more grounded and leaving the 4th wall well the fuck alone.

2017年4月6日 · Yes, the first is harder. In SoD, you have a lot more room to maneuver, more nooks and crannies and hidden passageways. I found it incredibly easy to ghost (go without any kills or alarms) entire missions. Currently I'm replaying MoS, so I notice that you have to be a lot more attentive to be able to ghost just as well as in SoD.
