Usually I would put the pen into the storage slot on the keyboard, and it always shows that it's charged or shows the battery level in the 'Bluetooth and devices' section.

I am having a problem when I have the surface docked (using an external mouse and screen) with the the cover is closed and the pen is in it's dock. The pen seems to touch the screen causing so I cannot use to the external mouse (the cursor goes to where the pen is touching the screen).

I downloaded the Wacom drivers and the WacomHardwareCheck, however i can not open them. It tells me to go to the store and find an app to open this. Please help!

Using the default setting my pen works resonably well but in the corners an on the right edge the pen icon and the actual pen point can be off 2 or 3 mm. This makes hitting the up slider button ^ and the X out button get dangerously close...

2023年2月16日 · I've just bought a Slim pen 2 for my Surface Pro 6. I was under the impression that this type of pen is working with all Surface Pro but can only be charged with 8. A operator from Amazon said that it is not compatible with Surface pro 6. I am not that technical and is my first surface and I love it but I am still unveiling features as I go.
