The Svea 123 is a small liquid-fuel (naphtha, commonly referred to as white gas or Coleman fuel) pressurized-burner camping stove that traces its origins to designs first pioneered in the late 19th century.

2021年6月22日 · Sometime between 1952 and 1955, the company, then known as Sievert AB, introduced the 19-ounce Svea 123, the first-ever compact backpacking stove to use white gas. Unlike the kerosene and regular gas used in most backpacking stoves at the time, white gas burns cleaner and packs a slightly higher BTU punch.

Great for solos, high-altitude adventures (uses white gas for best efficiency), or anytime super light is super right.

2015年12月20日 · The svea 123 is a backpacking stove introduced in 1955 by the Sieverts company here in Sweden, later this was acquired by Optimus brand in 1969. The stove is a relatively light, white gas powered backpacking stove, no moving parts, the best looking camping stove ever made and probably one of the best gas stoves ever made.
