For more immediate assistance, I would recommend taking a look at the Shipyard, a collection of pre-made stats for various ships to be used in the game, and focusing on the Medium size ships. (Ignoring the Falcon ripoffs, of course.)

The DM has to manually level up the Inquisitor, pick their force powers, and locate any features they may have during a combat.
