2015年11月23日 · You can PRACTICE this dive method from a LOWER height - I found this very helpful (and much less frustrating) than reattempting the dives from there high spots. Master the dive from a low spot, THEN complete the challenge. Just find a place where the water is DEEP enough - you only need a rock a few feet out of the water to practice diving.
