Results: T-CUS was identified in 152 samples from 92 patients. The majority (76%) were CD8+ and demonstrated an immunophenotype resembling large granular lymphocytes. Eighteen patients had serial samples for longitudinal analysis (9.8 months median follow-up). Clone size was stable in 66%, whilst the remainder reduced or disappeared.
