About Tom – TOM BIRD
Tom grew up in the south west of England and has been drawing for as long as he can remember, however his passion for painting started when he first went to a Devon beach as a young teen to try surfing.

TCA started with citizens from Gibbon, Fairfax, and Winthrop getting together to discuss the idea of bringing more combined art opportunities to the three communities.
