Length: 25 minutes unless you count the Shakeology commercial and Shaun T kablam intro at the beginning and cool down at the end and it is really 30 minutes. This workout is a lot like Alpha: Speed 1.0 and Beta Speed 2.0 but it is faster and a little more ridiculous.
