2020年11月26日 · The revolver might look or feel underwhelming but it's far from that. It's one of the best hit scan weapons and you should use it as such. If you haven't noticed already, TF2 doesn't exactly have a "medium range" hitscan class, most operate at close or long range or use projectile weapons in combination.

2021年5月5日 · It rewards you with an amazing reward (basically being a better ambassador as the diamondback crits don't have a range fall of) for literally doing your job as a spy. There's a reason it's banned in all competitive tf2. However, revolver spy is really underrated (stock is better for it) and can be often better than knife spy to help secure kills.

2020年12月27日 · If you are moving a lot an amby spy will really struggle to hit you but a stock revolver spy can gun you down easily in 3-4 shots. The reason why so many spies complain about the amby nerf is that it's only real utility was at a distance, the revolver has always completely outclasset it at close range with its reliability and higher dps.

Any other revolver is to have fun, because as soon as you use them, you can not achieve perfection in your spy role anymore. You could maybe kill more (people who could have been killed by other class), but you can't deny their advantages (medics, teleporter, kill sniper) as efficiently. As soon has you use any other revolver, you will be slower.

2013年3月1日 · The revolver will quite simply let you walk out of a lot more combat situations and screw-ups than the ambassador. Even most of the cases where you think "oh yeah the ambassador would be really nice" you can also do just fine with the revolver if you fire an extra shot (which comes out very quick), have a little patience, or reposition yourself.

Here's revolver spread. I don't know where you got that information, but it isn't true. Just take 2 seconds to shoot at a wall and see how accurate the gun is...
