Catheterization revealed an anteroinferior leak in the superior baffle. We decided to intervene on the leak by percutaneous closure using an Amplatzer 8mm muscular VSD occluder. She was subsequently sent home on dual anti-platelet therapy (DAPT). Current management focuses on modification of stroke risk with DAPT and closure of the leak.
