The Avelia Horizon, called TGV M ("M" for modular) by its main customer, SNCF, is a high-speed passenger train designed and produced by Alstom. It has a broadly similar design to the TGV Duplex sets, with bi-level carriages and a push–pull configuration with a power car on either end.

The TGV M (also called Avelia Horizon) is SNCF’s fifth-generation high-speed train, set to debut in 2026. Developed by Alstom, it is designed to be more energy-efficient, modular, and eco-friendly than previous TGV models. The train will consume 20% less energy while increasing passenger capacity by 20%, accommodating up to 740 passengers.
