2016年8月1日 · Review of the outside computed tomography (CT) imaging demonstrated a large 4.1 cm TPT aneurysm. Upon transfer, the patient was found to have a large pulsatile mass in the right inferior popliteal fossa and marked swelling of the right calf and foot. There was a right foot drop with decreased plantar and dorsiflexion.
