2022年10月31日 · I understand that TQM is cumulative and caps out at 4000 over a 3 year period. Our group did 2000 and 2000 and then 0 for the last year. Sure enough, teams that spent more than 4000 over that same period did not see any additional benefits, so the hard cap is definitely correct.
