The backups might run great for two weeks straight, then we'll have a day with 60 misses. This only happens with the Linux clients.

2009年12月1日 · For years, I have backed up my TSM server with a mksysb. Everything except storage pools, tsmdb, logs, and vmctl are in rootvg. So this one mksysb tape and the tsm db backup tapes have been all that I have needed to restore my TSM server. This worked with TSM v6.2 & v6.3.4 which I ran for several years.

Is this also due to collocation by group and because a lot of nodes hanging in there without being added to any colloc group. 4. 2004年11月16日 · What seems odd here is TSM ownership seems to be distributed to different groups within the organization. Its almost as if you are a library provided for 7 different companies. Most companies have a DR team responsible for the entire organization as one big happy family. Only TSM admins would have access to all of the data.
