There are plenty of simple ways to get all the points that lie on a minimum bounding perimeter (imagine a large elastic band stretched around a bunch of nails in a large board.)

2019年4月19日 · TSP is a "NP Hard", so is very hard to solve. Remember, SA requires you to "initialise" the solution with a starting candidate. It is better to improve this starting point to get a better result from SA (e.g. you're already in a better local minima and can improve more on the start hopefully).
