2024年10月13日 · I use primarily ER32, should have better holding power than ER20, but with ER collets proper nut type/torque is important. I had some pullout early on with my ER32 and most likely it was because I did not clean the oil off the collet and not enough torque on the nut.

2020年5月20日 · Does anyone have the tool holder models for the Tormach ER32 & ER16 TTS tool holders? I'm doing tool offsets and I'm tired of modeling 1/16" ball mills in gigantic CAT40 ER32 holders. Tormach only seems to provide the models for their starter kit tool holders which includes only the ER20 holder. Just model them in fusion.

2014年4月4日 · Tormach's own ER-32 collet chuck is actually cheaper than Darkons: 33266 - TTS-ER32 Darkon's LOOK like Chinese collet chucks with the Tormach base attached, but that could just be looks.

2015年5月12日 · In this research I've seen several you tube videos and positive reviews of the Tormach TTS system, and their associated ER collet holders. Now, most of these seem to relate to quick change and automated tooling changes, but they also seem to be a nice system for to replace traditional collets with something more versatile.
