The 4DLs can be identified by the code 3MB00 embossed on the cylinder block and 4DL at the start of the serial numbers on the crankcase and frames. The 4DL came in two versions. Series 1 ended in 1992 or 1993. from 1993 onwards came the TZR 125 (RR) (series 2) which is a very different bike with a revised engine.

2017年9月17日 · Good job! +0,5 HP is a good result compared to the displacement of the engine. You can gain something more with a more performing exhaust, such as "Figaroli". The biggest limit of this engine, in my personal opinion, stands in the porting/transfers. That's why on the SP, the cylinder/admission was completely redesigned.

The TZR125R SP is based on the 4DL Series 1 but is recognised by the black Deltabox frame (also was made with polished frame), and adjustable forks and the serial code on the frame. The SP cylinders have a prefix of 4DL-00 not like the (R) or (RR) it is a completely different cylinder concerning the porting and therefore the curve and control.

2020年6月26日 · these are all the same diagram some are coloured only partly as I was tracing/chasing circuits. the 4dl 4gm service manual is available but its in Italian or French or something I cant remember. wiring diagram is at the bottom. but if you look on the RR manual im pretty sure the wiring diagram is the same with the same numbered diagram key in English.
