CellLight™ Talin-GFP, BacMam 2.0 - Thermo Fisher Scientific
CellLight™ Talin-GFP, BacMam 2.0, provides an easy way to label talin with green fluorescent protein (GFP) in live cells. Simply add the reagent to your cells, incubate overnight, and the cells are ready to image in the morning.

CellLight™ 踝蛋白-GFP (BacMam 2.0) - 赛默飞世尔科技公司
Image talin, a ubiquitous cytosolic protein found in high concentrations in focal adhesions in live cells with CellLIght Talin-GFP. This ready-to-use fluorescent protein-based reagent contains the human C-terminus of talin fused to emerald GFP
Green fluorescent protein-mTalin causes defects in actin ... - PubMed
We show that alcohol inducible expression of GFP-mTalin in root hairs causes severe defects in actin organization, resulting in either the termination of growth, cell death, and/or changes in cell shape. Fluorescence recovery after photobleaching experiments demonstrate that the interaction of GFP-mTalin and actin filaments is highly dynamic.
细胞骨架染色 | 赛默飞 | Thermo Fisher Scientific - CN
A GFP-mouse talin fusion protein labels plant actin filaments in …
We have found that transient and stable expression of the talin actin-binding domain fused to the C-terminus of the green fluorescent protein (GFP-mTn) can visualize the actin cytoskeleton in different types of living plant cells without affecting cell morphology or function.
Probes for Tubulin and Other Cytoskeletal Proteins—Section 11.2
CellLight Talin-GFP (C10611, Figure 11.2.2) and CellLight Talin-RFP expression vectors generate autofluorescent proteins fused to the C-terminal actin-binding domain of human talin (CellLight reagents and their targeting sequences—Table 11.1) and incorporate all the generic advantages of BacMam 2.0 delivery technology (BacMam Gene Delivery ...
Talin, a Rap1 effector for integrin activation at the plasma …
2025年2月26日 · Talin regulates the adhesion and migration of cells in part by promoting the affinity of integrins for extracellular matrix proteins, a process that in cells such as endothelial cells and platelets requires the direct interaction of talin with both the small GTPase Rap1 bound to GTP (Rap1–GTP) and the integrin β3 cytoplasmic tail.
Force-Induced Calpain Cleavage of Talin Is Critical for Growth ...
Here, we find that the scaffold protein talin undergoes force-induced cleavage in early adhesions to produce the talin rod fragment that is needed for cell cycle progression. Expression of noncleavable talin blocks cell growth, adhesion maturation, proper mechanosensing, and the related property of EGF activation of motility.
