Close to Cerro Punta, Tamandúa manages a private 100 hectare reserve in the heart of the Highlands cloud forest. The reserve contains a great variety of species, including most of the regional endemics from the Talamanca mountain range.

I'm planning a 2 week trip in January, flying into Panama & out of Costa Rica (but planning to spend most of the time in Panama). Slightly unusual question I know - but I was wondering if anyone had any tips on particularly good places for spotting tamandua (collared anteater)?
