Tank - if you know what you're doing, if your healer is keeping up and the DPS do nice AOE damage, you can breeze through content. A downside can be impatient team members who pull before you and you constantly have to grab aggro.

2024年9月25日 · Dps is faster so long as you don’t die , tanking is chill mode. If I’m running with tank spec available class, then I run as tank. Been running 8s as fury and the more gear I get the smoother it becomes. I just hit 80 on my lock this morning so I’ll be trying out demo this week. Don’t get me wrong, I like prot warrior but fury is just SO MUCH fun.

2021年1月21日 · The big difference between tank and dps is consistency. DPS need to hit their shots and use their utility, but can generally back away for a second to reload and catch their breath. Tanks need to be proactively making split second plays every nanosecond of every game. If a DPS misses a shot they can usually take another.

2024年12月26日 · I think it's fairly agreed on that "stress" based on role goes Tank>Healer>DPS. Tank has to set the flow of the group, hold agro, and know the fights. Healer has to know the fights, and keep up with the tank. DPS get to go pew pew pew and blame everyone else when things go wrong. It's no different in these games.
