Earning a Core Race Heritage Armor - Blizzard Support
To be eligible for a core race's Heritage Armor you must have a character of the respective race at level 50 and at least one level 60 character on the Battle.net account.

If you've begun the quest chain to unlock Highmountain Tauren as an Allied Race, Mayla Highmountain, Spiritwalker Ebonhorn and Lessah Moonwater will not be available during normal questing. You may see a "!" or "?" on the map at Riverbend or Thunder Totem, but Mayla, Ebonhorn and Lessah won't be there.
