This here is another 1974 C160, but with the rare Tecumseh HH/OH160 OHV engine. Made one year only. It's rough. Very much in need of a full disassembly and restoration. When it came here it was missing one tie rod and the other was broken off one end. Today I popped used tie rods on and Trina used her 867 to drag it from the drive to the shed.

2013年11月2日 · I wouldn't bother with the magneto and regulator issues. I put an electric starter (but no charging system) in my Lawn Ranger several years ago. She has an HH70 Tecumseh. She is used 3-4 times per week all year long. She pulls a trailer and is a chore tractor so there is a lot of starting and stopping.

2011年11月30日 · It looks like it has a lighting coil and a charge coil and it came with a 12 magnet flywheel with the part number 30755 my research shows that these were used in the v60 and v70 tecumseh motors. Any more information would be appreciated...I was going to ebay the parts but if they will work on my H60 in my 653 I may hold on to them.

2016年12月11日 · I have a 16hp ohv Tecumseh that has some of the same issues at times. Mine calls for .010 ex valve clearance, but I keep it a tiny bit closer to help the compression release work properly. Would you know length of tappet and exhaust valve.
