Teepo is playable character who appears in Breath of Fire III, and he briefly cameos in Breath of Fire IV. He is a member of the Dragon Clan, also known as the Brood. He despises authority and loves to lash out against it. Despite his gruff attitude, he cares deeply about Rei and Ryu, whom he considers to be his brothers.

Teepo is one of the antagonists of Breath of Fire 3. He's a close friend of Ryu and Rei, and lived his life as a thief for most of his life, until one day where he took a job that resulted in his home being burnt down and left to die by the twins Balio and Sunder.
