2018年7月5日 · Tokyo Electron (TEL) announced today the upcoming commencement of the sale of the Trias e + ™ EX-II Pro™ single-wafer metallization system in October 2018. The Trias e + EX-II Pro is a high-speed single-wafer ASFD 1 system capable of depositing titanium nitride (TiN) and titanium silicon nitride (TiSiN) films.

The Trias ™ ™ EX-II™ TiN (Titanium Nitride) is an advanced 300mm single wafer deposition system for high speed ASFD *1 which enables high-quality thin film formation with excellent within-wafer uniformity and high step coverage characteristics.
