2017年9月15日 · From a total of 100 transmission electron microscopy (TEM) micrographs, we estimated the sizes of mitochondria in amoeba Chaos with and without CM morphology (Table 1). This analysis unveiled that mitochondria with cubic morphology are on average about 50% larger in size, compared to mitochondria with tubular morphology.
