You say WTB EMP 1:10, someone that wants to sell it whispers you and agree. They ask you what you want from the EMP store, and you tell them, then trade for the 1:10 exchange rate. Additional character slot costs 495 EMP.

2015年5月13日 · First off you need to make sure you have funds in your Steam Wallet, then make sure you have the Steam Overlay enabled for Tera. If you have both of those things, then you should be able to buy EMP through the in game store.

The packs on Steam aren't exclusive to Steam, they can still be found on the normal store. To answer your question though, your Steam account would have to be linked to your Enmasse account. I haven't bought any EMP off players but I believe the EMP seller buys the item desired by the buyer from EME Shop and the buyer pays gold accordingly to the amount of EMP spent.
