When can I get my lab test results? - MyQuest
If you have a MyQuest® account, your test results will be delivered to your account as soon as they are available. You can check the In progress section of the Results tab to see the estimated delivery date (s) for your test results.

For labs that support this feature, you can view almost all of the test results for a particular patient that were generated within the past two years, not just the results for tests that you ordered.

Accessing Patient Test Results - Quest Diagnostics
When retrieving patient test results, you can search by the patient’s name, SSN, or patient ID; the physician’s name; the requisition number; the lab reference ID that was specified when the order was filed; or the accession number.
