2024年5月18日 · Her name is ” Teto Ollga ” (aunt Ollga) and she is the main character of one of the most beloved Albanian films produced during the communist era. In the 1976 production, entitled “The Lady from the City”, Teto Olga is Meli’s mother, a doctor from Korça, who, for work reasons, has to move to a village with her mother.

Teto Ollga had an attitude of superiority toward villagers, but at the end, she finds herself comfortable among them and she becomes useful as she starts working as chef. The movie features a great view of the village, Tushemisht , located in Pogradec , Albania, with its numerous canals, the lake, Drilon springs, and high mountains.
