2024年8月8日 · Twice now I've had two different guests get stuck in the lobby for calls after booking a meeting via the Booking app. I am in the call and receive no notification that a guest is waiting. I've tried updating the organisational wide systems- bypassing the lobby for guests and not allowing bypassing the lobby - both ways guests were stuck.

2020年3月25日 · Oddly, the chat feature was working between the rooms. Eventually, I was able to join the rest by being invited by someone in the larger room, but it was for the same meeting information on the call I organized. Dial in users were still getting the stuck in lobby message but were not showing on the meeting as waiting in the lobby. Thanks, Clark

When issue occurs (can’t see external users in lobby), please make sure you’re aren’t “Attendee” role, and use Teams desktop app and Teams web app to double confirm the symptom: Roles in a Teams meeting .
