BYP Network was founded in 2016 by Kike Oniwinde Agoro to connect Black professionals and students globally, offering visibility, career opportunities, and business support. Inspired by the lack of Black representation beyond sports and entertainment, Kike created BYP to diversify talent pipelines and drive change.
