The Calamity Box was a music box invented long ago by Valeriana that using the 3 Calamity Gems' power, able to generate energy and enable interdimensional travel to Earth, Amphibia, and other planets/worlds/dimensions/galaxies/universes. It was later held in the store Thrift Stop before being shoplifted (unwillingly) by Anne on her 13th birthday.
