2024年12月17日 · When I go into the sims four and load a game that was played before with all the packs working, it says that all these packs I have installed are not installed and the sims needs to be restarted when in the Store section of the main menu in sims it shows the packs have been bought, but when you hover over them, it says "restart to use".

2025年1月5日 · After I do something simple while playing the game such as add a room from the gallery or try to change a sims outfit the game will freeze randomly. After it freezes I will quit the game and then try to play it again but the game wont take me past the first screen this has only ever started happening after the reapers award event started.
