Now it will not open and in the Windows audio settings, when I choose THX Spatial, no sound is put through and I could only use the sound from my realtek speakers.

only the "razer usb sound card" works, however it sounds like shit. btw, the "thx spatial audio" is not the same as the "spatial audio", what you want is the "thx spatial audio", my razer blackshark v2 has built in thx spatial audio on it automatically the first time i plugged it in from last year until the newest update 4 days ago where it broke.
