2016年1月14日 · For me, that was the reason to start taking it. Synapause worked well against the dyspareunia and hot flashes, but did nothing for my libido. By the way, I still hope that taking tibolone twice a day (125 mg with breakfast and another 125 mg at dinnertime) will do the trick, so i won't need to up my dose after all.
