Tilda is a fabric brand founded by Norwegian designer Tone Finnanger in 1999, best known for its whimsical and naive characters in the form of animals and dolls. There is a certain attitude to life in Tilda’s world, whimsical and romantic, like a ball gown worn with wellies – perfectly imperfect!

For my angel doll I am using a pink vintage satin for the skirt, a flesh linen colour for the skin, Tilda lace for the pataloons, Tilda ribbon for the skirt, a Tilda crown, a special type of wool thread for the hair and a cute little pink rose for an embellishment.

The Princess Tilda doll is dressed in an evening dress. The top of the princess dress is made of jersey, the double tulle skirt opens in the front, which allows the doll to look chic in your interior. The tilde doll is decorated with sequins and the hair is made of acrylic yarn. Height 19 inches (48 cm). Weight 80 grams.

A soft thicker Chambray quality woven with tone in tone colors, perfect for Tilda dolls and animals. Fine soft Merino wool perfect for doll hair. Comes as 12.5 gram mini yarn balls. The yarn balls are also cute doll accessories.
