Tito Santana is one of the greatest, and hardest working, pro wrestlers of the modern era in the WWF. Tito came to prominence in the WWF between 1983 to 1986, which he held numerous championships, including the prestigious WWF

Santana finally won the title on February 11, 1984, becoming the first Mexican-American wrestler to win the WWF Intercontinental Championship. He quickly entered into a feud over the Intercontinental Championship with Greg Valentine. Valentine captured it from Santana in September 1984 in London, Ontario.
