What is tokophobia? Tokophobia is a pathological fear of pregnancy. It can be classified as primary or secondary. Primary is morbid fear of childbirth in a woman, who has no previous experience of pregnancy. Secondary is morbid fear of childbirth developing after a traumatic obstetric event in a previous pregnancy.

That's a delusion, not just tokophobia. I guess it doesn't matter since you're not going to be pregnant yourself. This reminds me of a friend who believed no women have orgasms from PIV, that it was just a social fiction that came from books and movies so people including herself copied that. This this persisted into her mid twenties.

As someone with Tokophobia (for myself, not fussed about others), I'd much rather die than endure pregnancy and birth. Am I going to stop having sex? "Walking on the sidewalk" would probably mean sacrificing meaningful romantic relationships and/or sex forever.
