2016年8月19日 · I posted a few weeks ago about looking for a toilet under $200 , but am willing to go a bit over after reading lots of negative and/or mixed reviews of cheaper toilets. I am leaning towards one of these Toto's, all about the same price on Home Depot's site: Toto Drake 1.6 gal, Toto Drake 1.28 gal., and Toto Entrada (1.28 gal).

2010年10月25日 · The AS doesn't have a loud flush, just more pronounced. Probably tough to describe and it doesn't seem important enough to record and post videos of them both, but that would be a nice feature on a toilet review website. Toto Drake flush is softer, though. That's a better way to say it. I have the American Standard Champion 4.

After moving into the remodeled house, I have discovered a nasty problem with both toilets that does not appear to be solvable.

2010年3月2日 · New Toto Drake 2-piece leaking between tank and bowl - Update The leak is stopped. I tried a strap wrench on the big nut at the bottom of the tank, but wasn't able to get a grip on it. I think the big rubber gasket between the tank and bowl wasn't seated well. Once I seated it firmly on the tank and re-installed the tank, no more leaks.

2016年5月26日 · How do you effectively plunge a toilet like the Drake which has an elongated "collection" area. The standard plunger will not seal properly therefore not allowing a forceful plunge. 2014年12月20日 · Currently considering between the Drake CST744SL (1.6) and the Entrada CST244EF (1.28). Water/sewer cost is not very much so water use is not a big factor, but I'm not against getting a lower priced toilet AND saving water if the quality is equal in the toilets.

2007年4月15日 · One more tip for unclogging plastic objects in Toto Drak I'm adding one more suggestion, because it haven't seen it described in detail here. My son dropped a rectangular 4.5" x 1" x 3/4" plastic measuring spoon (the adjustable kind, for liquid medicines) down our Drake. I tried all the fixes mentioned in this and other forums.

2014年8月22日 · So a CST744S toilet is an ST743S tank with a C744E bowl, and a CST744E toilet is an ST743E tank with the same bowl. The 743S tank and the 743E tank use exactly the same porcelain tank; Toto just puts different guts in each to dispense the appropriate amount of water per flush. So, how do you make a new-looking toilet without changing performance?
