2021年12月17日 · I have encountered a problem on my Lenovo IdeaPad c340-14API which the touchscreen driver was not working properly after I reinstall windows 11 after I signed out from the dev channel. I have tried many things such as reinstalling the HID-compliant touchscreen, resetting BIOS, etc. but nothing worked.

I'm using the most updated version of Windows 11 and I'm unable to access the on-screen keyboard from Touch because the touch keyboard icon in the system tray doesn't work. I've temporarily pinned the OSK app to my taskbar as a fix, but it's nowhere near as user-friendly as the touch keyboard from W10.

You obtain both Bios & Drivers updates from the PC Maker, there should be a shortcut on your system to that makers update utility, and no other source.

I did reinstall of windows 11 pro and running latest drives including trying to install Intel touchscreen drivers from another post and nothing works. Please see attached screenshots of errors.
