2009年1月29日 · Easiest route would be a weber 2bbl conversion, unless you're set on a 4bbl carb. Side draughts are the best way for more power, but you could also convert it to EFI. You will NOT make 300hp all engine, that's out of the question. Bottom line is more power = spending more money. I would say rebuild it and stick a newer 2 bbl carb on it.

2005年12月23日 · As I get time I'll put up other useful information for this series of engine; namely cylinder block and head, pistons & piston rings, crankshaft & connecting rods, timing chain & gear, and torque settings. Yes they are, according to the official Toyota workshop manual.

You can also convert to fuel injection if you'd rather with aftermarket computers and a custom adapted manifold.
