2021年2月1日 · Agreed to follow Trader Joe's List on instagram for ideas. They say to rinse the hearts of palm pasta in cold water before cooking it, and I think that did help it. I would give it a 6/10, as the texture wasn't super close to pasta.

Even though I enjoy whole hearts of palm from the can, I disliked the texture and taste of these as pasta/rice substitutes. Too crunchy and too sour. For pasta and rice alternatives, I prefer cauliflower rice, konjac noodles, or fresh cooked spaghetti squash.
