Invasive and non-invasive positive pressure ventilation for the care of patients ≥2.5 kg through adults. Measure, display, record, and alarm SpO2, FiO2, CO2, respiratory rate, and pulse rate data when integrated with the appropriate accessories.
Trilogy with AVAPS-AE has multiple algorithms designed to work simultaneously addressing the needs of your complex patients. AVAPS automatically adjusts ventilation to patients’ breathing patterns, to meet their changing needs over time. Auto EPAP proactively adjusts to the lowest effective pressure for maximum patient comfort.
Trilogy Evo provides noninvasive and invasive ventilator support with added sensitivity for a wide range of adult and pediatric patients. Volume and pressure modes, AVAPS-AE, SpO2 and EtCO2 monitoring and alarms of every parameter allow for adaptable care. Flexibility of circuits allows it to be used in a wide range of patients.

AVAPS-AE is an Auto-titration Mode of Noninvasive ventilation designed to better treat Respiratory Insufficiency patients (OHS, COPD and NMD) in the hospital and homecare environments
AVAPS-Auto EPAP mode automatically adjusts pressure support, to maintain the target tidal volume, and EPAP, to maintain a patent airway, within the set min/max ranges; and simplifies the set-up of the backup breath rate when set to auto. Note: auto back-up rate maximum is 20bpm. Optional: Inspiratory Time min/max.
Trilogy EV300 excludes any losses in tidal volume due to the circuit. Trilogy EV300 includes a default calibration providing automatic tubing compensation for the recommended circuits in the accessory guide.
Both Trilogy EV300 and Trilogy Evo feature Philips proprietary algorithms AVAPS-AE and digital auto-trak, and invasive ventilation is available with single- and dual-limb circuits and leak compensation.
The Trilogy EV300 ventilator is intended to be used: • In institutional environments. • While attached to a roll stand or sitting on a flat surface such as a table or nightstand.
