2018年9月19日 · The Triumph Bonneville TT Special was designed specifically for American TT Steeplechase racing – interestingly the final specification of the model was developed not in England, but on the West Coast of the USA by Johnson Motors, commonly known as “JoMo”.

In my opinion, the 1966 TT Special was the nicest of the TTs - the best looking with a number of useful refinements to engine and frame. While the frame was not popular among TT racers, it was developed by Doug Hele for road racing and is a better frame for use as a street bike.
