2017年9月24日 · I have a Inspiron 7574. The True Color App is a constant issue since I bought the laptop. I repair it through Windows 10 and it will last for a while and then fail again. Lately I have to restart my computer 3 or 4 times before I can repair True Color again. I am now trying to get help from Dell.

I've been googling it, and apparently lots of other people are having the same issues as me, in that they are unable to re-download the software from Dell and support doesn't know what the software is :-(But as it comes preinstalled on every Dell laptop, SOMONE must be able to know where it comes from??! lol

In the photos I included in the beginning, the picture on the left is on my old laptop screen and is how the picture actually looked. The whites on the new computer have like a red look to it.
